Miami Vibe, top restaurants in South Beach

Spring break is coming and a lot of people go to the the beach. Fun in the sun is the recipe and the beach to be is South Beach in Miami.

Once the time in the sand is over it’s time to enjoy good food.

Here are my top 3 picks for enjoying delicious cuisine.

1. Havana 1957 Cuban Cuisine

You can find a Havana 1957 on Ocean Drive and another one along Lincoln street, the walking road.

Beginning with a yummy mojito followed by arroz con pollo, pork loin and a variety of yucca dishes.

2. Yuca Young, Urban, Cuban, American

Just like it’s name says, this space is designed to feature Innovative Nuevo Latino Cuisine or as the locals call it “Nuevo Latino” a style of cooking that includes traditional Latin ingredients. My favorite are the “empanadas” and calamari but everything is delish.

3. Spris Italian Food

For delicious artisan pizza accompanied of a glass of wine or a nice cocktail, you can’t go wrong with Spris. You get a delicious meal and a lot of people watching. They offer many other dishes but their pizza is the best.

Last but not least…

Làt-te Gelateria and Bakery

To end an evening Làt-te offers delicious ice cream made from scratch without artificial ingredients and in many flavors.
